Irish Armada Arrives in Spain

Commercial Morrongo signed an exclusive distribution deal for the national distribution of The Irishman Range of Whiskies and the Hot Irishman Coffee Liqueur in Spain.

Commercial Morrongo are part of the Groupo Medina which was founded in 1965 and have been long associated with brands such as Clan Campbell, Aberlour, Bisquit Cognac as well as regional distributors for Cruzcampo and Heineken.

Commercial Morrongo imports (CMI) are headed by Adolfo Alcaraz who worked with Pernod Ricard developing the Jameson portfolio as regional sales Director before joining CMI. Adolfo has seen how the Irish Category has grown at a rate of knots over the past 5 years and believes The Irishman is well positioned to grow the category further.
