The Irishman Whiskey Range

Holy Trinity

Ingredients 

This recipe was created by one of Vienna's top Bar Men, Patrick Coronado for the Launch of The Irishman in Austria at the Irish Ambassadors Residence Sept 28th 2010. It was named after the "Trinity of Green" Patrick used in its creation.... Green Apple, Basil and Pistaccio. Its absolutly fantastic.

 

Should time allow infuse 70 grams of Basil in The Irishman 70 for up to 7 hours and then strain off. 

Irishman 70 + basil infusion  5cl

monin green apple             1,5 cl

monin pistaccio               1 cl

mozart dry chocolate           2 cl

fresh pressed lime juice      0,5 cl

deko: a basil leafe

 

No time for infusions?

5cl Irishman 70, 6-8 basil leafes, green apple, pistaccio, dry chocolate, lime juice in a shaker; shake like crazy,; double strain into a martiniglass.

 

IRISHMAN ROSE

Ingredients

1 measure of The Irishman Whiskey
Dash of Grenadine
Lime Juice
Soda Water
Topped with Ice
Garnished with lime wedge.

IRISH MARTINI

Ingredients

The Irishman Superior
Grenadine
Lemon Juice
Served in a martini glass.

THE SWEETEST THING

Ingredients

The Irishman Superior
Crème de Frambioise
Champagne

WINTER RECIPIE - CAFE AFFOGATO

Ingredients

Vanilla ice cream
Grated chocolate
Hot irishman
Boiling water

Method

Make a Hot Irishman Irish coffee in a small jug (one part Hot Irishman, 3 parts boiling water...approx). Put one scoop of vanilla ice cream in an espresso coffee cup (or small coffee cup). Pour Irish Coffee on top, and watch as the Ice cream explodes to the top. Then garnish with grated chocolate on top. Then sit back and relax!

SUMMER RECIPE - THE COOL IRISHMAN

Ingredients

4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup pouring cream
2 cups crushed ice or ice cubes
1 or 2 measures (depending on your preferred taste) of Hot Irishman

Method

Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend for approx 20 seconds. Pour into glasses and serve.
